Chau Sa Gong Zai — Intangible Cultural Heritage Documentary

A roughly 10-minute intangible-cultural-heritage documentary on “Chau Sa Gong Zai”, a traditional Chaoshan paper-craft doll-making art. The crew visited long-standing Hong Kong workshops and community schools, following master craftsman Choi as he demonstrates the craft, capturing oral history, close-up techniques and real school workshop moments — a century-old folk art that is easy to start but hard to master, carrying deep Chaoshan history and community memory.
